H.E. Ambassador Xiso Jianguo Presents the “Chinese Ambassador Award” to the Students in Institute of Brunei Technical Education

On 6th December, H.E. Ambassador Xiao Jianguo attended the 31st Convocation Ceremony of Institute of Brunei Technical Education（IBTE） and presented the “Chinese Ambassador Award” to 4 students. Yang Mulia Awang Haji Mohamad Azmi bin Haji Mohd Hanifah, Deputy Minister of Energy in the Prime Minister’s Office, Dr. Haji Mohammad Zamri bin Haji Sabli, CEO of Institute of Brunei Technical Education, members of the board of directors, graduates of IBTE, staffs, parents, etc., attended the event. Ambassador Xiao thanked IBTE for the support and cooperation,encouraged the awarded students to understand more about China and expressed the willingness to deepen exchanges with the Institute to cultivate more technical talents for bilateral economic cooperation and high-quality development of joint-building of the Belt and Road.
