On September 19th, H.E. Mr. Xiao Jianguo, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Brunei Darussalam attended a farewell ceremony for students from Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) who have received the Hengyi Industrial Scholarship at Brunei International Airport. Chen Liancai, CEO of Hengyi Industries Sdn Bhd, and Dr Hj Mohd Zamri bin Hj Sabli, CEO of IBTE, were also present at the event. Mr. Wang Haitao, counselor of the Embassy, accompanied on the event.
