On October 28th, Chinese Ambassador to Brunei, H.E. Madame Yang Jian paid a visit to the construction site of HLDS steel pipe plant in Salambigar Industrial Park. Also present was Mr. Fang Jiawen, Chief of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy.

The Ambassador was glad to see the progress, and urged the managing director of HLDS (B) Steel Sdn Bhd to push forward the construction fast and safely, so as to put it into operation early next year.

The plant is solely invested by Huludao Seven-Star International Investment Group with an expected output of 1000,000 tons of welded steel pipes per year.
