Diplomatic, service or courtesy visa applicants need to apply online (https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/). After the approval of the online application, applicants need to submit the passport, the application form with applicant’s signature on the last page, the relevant diplomatic note, and other documents required to the Consular Section of the Embassy directly, without an appointment.
